Краснічин
Князь Гурко був також власником Краснічина, який він отримав від батька або дядька Владислава Ягайла.
Duke Hurko was also the owner of Kraśniczyn which he could have received from his father or Uncle Władysław Jagiełło. The first information about the possession of this property dates back to 1417, although only Hurko's wife Oleksandra is mentioned. In the following years Hurko's brothers - Roman Kobrynskyi and Sanguszko - appear as property administrators, who probably became the guardians of the sons of their late brother. Hurko's sons are mentioned as students of the University of Krakow: Janusz in 1442 and Oleksandr in 1454.
The matter of ownership of Kraśniczyn by the Hurkovych family was unclear. Thus, during the next years several lawsuits concerning property ownership disputes took place. Duke Hurko's widow and her sons were involved in the court hearings: Oleksandr - more often, Janusz - less often, because he chose the priesthood. Later the brothers bought several more nearby settlements.
Janusz appears in the sources for the last time in 1477 and Oleksandr in 1480. After the childless death of Oleksandr the estate was owned by King Casimir Jagiellon.
No material objects related to the Sanguszko family have been preserved in Kraśniczyn up to the present.
